Legendary British Blues Rock band Savoy Brown led by founding member Kim Simmonds, announces the August 28 release of their exciting new album, “ Ain’t Done Yet”, on Quarto Valley Records.
The new album follows Savoy Brown’s critically acclaimed 2019 album,
“City Night.” The CD and vinyl editions of the album can be pre-ordered
from Amazon at http://smarturl.it/AintDoneYet.
“The new album continues the approach I’ve been taking with the band this past decade,” says guitarist/singer/songwriter Kim Simmonds, who formed the band in 1965 in London, England, and is one of the longest running Blues Rock bands in existence. “The
big difference with the new album is the multi-layer approach I took to
recording the guitar parts. It’s all blues-based rock music. I try to
find new and progressive ways to write and play the music I’ve loved
since I was a young teenager.”
Energetic blues
has been the calling card of the band from the beginning. Blues Rock
became the catch-all phrase in the late 1960s to describe the band’s
music along with that of contemporaries including Cream, Fleetwood Mac, and Jimi Hendrix.
Along the way, Savoy Brown
has toured continuously, making it one of the longest running blues
rock bands in existence. Through the years, the band has headlined
concerts at many prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall, the Fillmore East, the Fillmore West, and London’s prestigious Royal Albert Hall.
Savoy Brown, having established national status in the 1970s, provided other groups opportunity. Kiss opened the bill on a Savoy Brown national tour as did ZZ Top, The Doobie Brothers and many, many more acts.
A resident of the
USA since 1980, bandleader Simmonds has received many accolades
himself. These include placement on the front cover of Guitar Player magazine, enshrinement on the Hollywood Rock Walk of Fame and acceptance in many regional “Halls of Fame” in the USA and Canada.
Savoy Brown
helped spawn the 1968 UK Blues Rock boom and later opened the eyes of
many 1970s American teenagers to their own home territory blues artists.
The British
R&B boom of the early 1960s led directly to the British Blues
Explosion in 1968. The original London R&B boom led by The Rolling Stones, The Kinks, The Yardbirds, Pretty Things and, to some extent, The Beatles, quickly moved into mainstream pop and left a vacuum in the London clubs.
This vacuum, in London, was filled in the mid-1960s by John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers featuring Eric Clapton and Savoy Brown’s Blues Band featuring Kim Simmonds.
Sophomore Album, Revolver, Out 10/17/2020! FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: June 29, 2020 - American Rock band FAITH & SCARS has released the official music video for their Southern rock styled single, "Long Way Home." Directed by Roger Glenn and Jaiden Hord Frost, “Long Way Home” is off the band’s upcoming album, Revolver, due out October 17th, 2020. “This is the 4th video from our upcoming album Revolver. This could be interpreted as the revolver’s origin story. ‘Long
Way Home’ is a departure from our trilogy, ‘Breathe’, ‘No Apologies’,
& ‘Never the Same’. It introduces a new storyline, representing
persistence & balance. We wrote ‘Long Way Home’ as a reminder to
remain grounded, in tune with yourself, & focused in the midst of
the storm that is life. Oftentimes life will strike us like a tidal
wave. Saying it can be hard to endure is an understatement. The lyrics
promote positive state of mind, & self caring. We believe that,
especially in the unknown, taking that extra moment to breathe, relax,
and re-align with oneself is crucial to maintaining a positive
mindset..” - FAITH & SCARS | "This
was the biggest production we’ve done so far, and it was a blast!! We
had an amazing experience hopping back in time, & reimagining
ourselves in The Wild West, 1885. When we were pitching ideas for this
shoot, Roger remembered visiting “Wild Bill’s Western Town - Shadowhawk”
in high school. Shadowhawk is located just minutes from where Roger
grew up in Smithfield, North Carolina. It’s a replica Wild West town
built in 1997 by former Hollywood actor Bill Drake. Drake played roles
in episodes of Gunsmoke, Bonanza, and appeared in a number of '70s-era
Westerns. Shadowhawk
was much more than a backdrop for us. Being on set was indescribable.
There’s a real energy about that little western town that threw us back
in time. It suspended our disbelief & for that entire shoot, we
lived the roles. We felt like real life cowboys. Definitely a childhood
dream come true! On top of the mind blowing experience, the staff of
Shadowhawk were incredibly kind & courteous. Once
we had the location nailed down, we moved into production. This was not
easy by any stretch of the imagination. FUN, but not easy! Roger put
weeks into storyboarding, writing scripts, & creating the shot list.
All the wardrobe was put together by Logan & Roger, which was also
no easy task. Roger & Cheyanne Liverman, who’s making her 2nd
appearance in a Faith & Scars music video, made all the ‘wanted’
posters seen in the film as well. Cheyanne completed the weathered look
of the posters with aging & distressing techniques using coffee,
scissors, and fire. After
we had the scripts, storyboards, shot lists, wardrobe, & setting,
we still had to find a way to bring the town to life. We looked no
further than our friends & family. We had Cheyanne Liverman play
multiple roles in the film. She was an extra in a couple of scenes, and a
quickdraw cowgirl in the bar scene. We also called on our great friend,
Eric Anderson. Eric played an extra in the town, but primarily the
Sheriff. He did an awesome job bringing that character to life! We also
got to play our own parts in the film! Again, not to be cliche’, but to
be able to act in a western was truly an honor. The little kid versions
of ourselves would be over the moon to see this. We brought back
Filmmaker Jaiden Frost for the shoot. He’s always a blast to work with,
and has an amazing eye for film. We spent many weeks after the shoot
with him editing it all together. He’s amazing at what he does, and we
couldn’t have done it without him. We found out the hard way, to shoot a
western is to live a western! It was nothing short of 107 degrees in
those buildings, but we made it through! Putting it all together was
grueling, but it was rewarding. It was a group effort, and we couldn’t
be happier with the finished product. We’ve
thoroughly enjoyed this whole experience, and we’re so grateful for the
support we’ve received so far! Keep an eye out for easter eggs of
what’s to come! As always, Y’all Keep the Faith! " | Track List: 1. Long Way Home 2. Rain 3. Fly 4. Breathe 5. No Apologies 6. Nothin' Wrong 7.Never the Same 8. Lightning | Faith
& Scars is an American Rock band. With members hailing from all
around the US, (North Carolina, Virgina, and Florida) they are currently
based out of Selma, NC. They come at you with a southern flare and a
touch of soul. Even through their most difficult times, Faith &
Scars has found a way to stick together; bound by their mantra: Keep the
Faith. The
band states,"We’ve found that if you hold faith in something, and hold
it tight - be it your dreams, family, a significant other, yourself, or
God - You’ll find yourself possessing a force that will push you to be
the best that you can be." Faith
& Scars has a profound love for music and finds inspiration through
many bands & artists. They proudly wear their 90's-2000’s rock
influence on their sleeves, yet distinctly display classic sounds
comparative to Guns n Roses, Jimi Hendrix and Lynyrd Skynyrd. Blended
all together, you get a sound that can be compared to bands such as
Shinedown, Bon Jovi & Black Stone Cherry. The
band adds, “We just want to be the best we can be, and have a good time
doing it. It’s a lot of hard work, and sometimes heartache to keep a
band together, but if we can touch someone with a lyric, or affect
anyone in a positive way by doing what we do... then we’ve done our job.
We aim to put on the best show we can every time we step onto a stage.
Whether it’s 2,000 people, or 2 people and the bartender - we play every
show like it's a sold out stadium.” “We’re
finding our way as an independent band. We’re working hard to reinvent
ourselves at every step of the way. We believe we have done that with
this record. We have full faith in ‘Revolver’, and we’re proud to have a
product that we can stand behind. Our sights are set & we’re about
to take our shot. We just hope you guys enjoy it as much as we do. We are Faith & Scars and this is Revolver”. Available October 17th, 2020 Keep the Faith |

Presented by District 7 Production & L'Anti Bar & Spectacles
Back in February, Canada’s Anvil released a new album “Legal At Last” celebrating the legalization of recreational cannabis use in the country. To support this album, the heavy metallers had a very thorough tour planned in the UK and Germany, with an assortment of other stops along the way. Unfortunately, like everyone else, COVID-19 stopped the tour in its tracks.
Still looking to bring their new album and to fans around the world they will be performing on the first Canadian heavy metal live stream put on by District 7 Production and L'Anti Bar & Spectacles on Saturday, July 4th, 2020. The event organizers see this as a win-win situation for everyone. They go into more detail:
“I was wondering how to make L'Anti Bar & Spectacles live again in the midst of a health crisis. I’ve been presenting virtual live shows with a ticket office since May 9. The first shows were appreciated by the spectators, we sold hundreds of tickets across Canada and in Europe during our first virtual shows. I wanted to present the first virtual metal show in Canada. I thought Anvil would be the perfect band for this show. I have an excellent relationship with them; the members of Anvil accepted without hesitation. Spectators should expect a virtual show with impeccable production quality in terms of sound, image, and lighting.”
Capturing the attention of audiences worldwide with their 2009 documentary film “The Story Of Anvil”, which bares all about the reality of the music industry, Anvil has been rocking stages since 1978. Once again, fans will be able to enjoy Anvil from the comfort of their own homes.
The stream will be available worldwide via platform thepointofsale.com plus can be viewed using Chromecast on TV.

/Rockshots Records: Italian Power Metallers From The Depth New Single "Spread Your Fire"
New Album “Moments” Out Aug 28th via Rockshots Records
Italian power metallers From The Depth are sharing their first single "Spread Your Fire" off their second full-length album “Moments” set for release on August 28, 2020 via Rockshots Records. The track is the heaviest song off the album.
The band adds:
"This
is a very “motivational” song in terms of lyrics, we always try to give
good messages to our fans and this is no exception. The way to find
your inner strengths can be hard and full of barriers, but you don’t
have to fear them, you must fight and react to reach your goals. The
motivational mood of the lyrics perfectly fits the heavy riffing of the
song without neglecting melody and the overall harmony mindset that’s
our real “trade-mark”.

while time passes by. Each aspect of the production has been taken care
of with extreme attention to detail from song structure to the final
master; nothing has been left to chance and we did our best to get out
the most from each session during songwriting.”

BIO:
From
The Depth was formed officially at the end of 2008. In 2010, with their
first solid line-up, they released the demo “The Will To Be The Flame”,
which quickly sold out.
In
2011 the band signed with Rising Records for the release of their first
studio album “Back To Life”, published and released worldwide in
November of the same year. Meanwhile, they attended many European
festivals playing alongside bands such as Megadeth, Sonata Arctica,
Overkill, King Diamond, Iced Earth, Moonspell, Lordi, Sabaton, Rhapsody
Of Fire, Dragonforce and more.
Between
2013 and 2015 the band went through some line-up changes, but slowly,
during live shows, they started the writing process for the "Back To
Life" successor. By the end of 2016, a new limited edition EP was
published with the name of “Perseverance”.
From
2018 the actual stable line-up is in place and after some live gigs the
band focused on studio material to finalize "Moments". The album was
mixed and mastered by Simone Mularoni at Domination Studio in January
2020 and features, among others, musicians like Roberto Tiranti and
Giacomo Voli. While working on new material, the band leveraged new
members' ideas to write even more songs, and a new album is already
written and in the early stage of production.
Lately,
the band is also remixing and remastering "Back To Life" which is
waiting for a new release, scheduled for the 10-year anniversary of the
album in 2021.
HRH NWOCR
Our
lifestyles are forged in rock, our world is changing and through
changes in culture emerges new talent, new music and new scenes. Legends
are great and hold a special place in all our lives, but it’s the fresh
bands who will spearhead the future. This new exciting scene, typified
by bands appearing on the New Wave of Classic Rock Facebook group and Hard Rock Hell Radio,
needs to be brought to visibility and amplified on every platform
worldwide to create a unique circle of talent which will forge the
future in this new modern style n sound of classic rock.
Tickets and packages are available right now on www.hrhnwocr.com
HRH
are taking that leap of faith and bringing the cream of NWOCR bands
together for one incredible weekend where they are the headliners within
their own right. We want to kickstart 2021 with a new positive
framework that’s all about the music and more importantly all about the
fans. HRH NWOCR will be a 2-day, 2-arena affair with
nothing but NWOCR artists. The event will take place on Saturday 23rd
& Sunday 24th January 2021 @ the 02 Academy Leicester where we call
upon everyone to come and support the next generation. The event itself
will be broadcast live on Hard Rock Hell Radio worldwide as it happens
and we will be inviting all bands to get involved in an Amazon
Rockumentary which will be getting shot over the weekend which will have
one sole purpose – to amplify the scene worldwide and bring it all to
visibility.
If
you are as passionate as the bands and true NWOCR fans, and want to
support putting the scene where it should be, then this is it – get
involved, feel the community, enjoy the music and let’s protect the
future of music together.
We are stoked to announce some of the top names in the genre – spearheading the future of rock at HRH NWOCR.
Ask
the new wave of rock fans which band are leading the way for the new
breed of classic rock – and you’ll hear the same name crop up over and
over again – Massive Wagons. Piloted by one of the most
charismatic frontmen in rock, Baz Mills, the 5-piece from Lancaster
have kicked off their second decade as a band with a bang – their brand
new album “House of Noise” is due out in July, and the latest single is,
as everyone kinda expected, a stunning rock’n’roll earworm! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a33qdeM3XjU
Although slow starters – they took until their 6th year as a band to release debut album “Half Way Home” to stunning reviews – Bad Touch have been making up for it ever since and have just released their 4th
album in just 5 years. “Kiss The Sky” is a masterclass in heavy
swaggering blues-rock and firmly places the band in the leading pack of
the NWOCR movement. Having toured with the likes of The Quireboys, Skid
Row, and FM the lads are one of the most active on the live circuit and
are sure to shake the O2 Academy Leicester to its very core. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6tXao6t79I
Success may have been a long time coming – but ozzies Massive are
reaping the rewards for 8 years of recording and touring at
full-throttle. Brad and the lads see the UK as their second home and
love nothing more than filling our ears with hard-hitting rock’n’roll.
They cemented their reputation by being hand-picked by The Quireboys as
support for their 30th “A Bit of What You Fancy” 30th Anniversary UK Tour for 2021. Checkout this cracker from Massive’s latest album “Rebuild Destroy”… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLRXo0S63qE
At the heavier end of the NWOCR spectrum, South Wales’ finest Florence Black
have honed their original classic round sound into a power-house
depth-charge no better showcased than on their collaboration with
Skindred’s Benji Webbe with 2017’s Gunshot. With a reputation for
incendiary live sets that take the alternative sensibilities of the
grunge era and marry them with a no-nonsense heavy rock attack that
leaves you in no doubt that this 3-piece take no prisoners, we can’t
wait for them to take to the main stage on Saturday at HRH NWOCR. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v4OnYlJz0rU
Now a finely-tuned 4-piece, Ryders Creed
have been at the forefront of the NWOCR ever since their triumph in
HRH’s Highway to Hell in 2017 catapulted them to a wider audience –
their reputation as a superb live band already sealed in their formative
years. Now 2 albums into their recording career, the lads from
Staffordshire are looking forward to showcasing “Lost Souls” released
earlier this year on the road – and where better than on the main stage
at the very first HRH NWOCR. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xuh0o3ZxLBc
Leicester based SKAM will
play with home advantage as one of the local contingent of bands at HRH
NWOCR. The hard rock trio have cemented their place at the top table
of the new wave of UK rock bands with 3 incredible studio albums to date
plus stunning appearances at Wildfire, Steelhouse, Ramblin’ Man and of
course our very own Hard Rock Hell. Their 3rd album “The
Amazing Memoirs of Geoffrey Goddard” is a masterpiece of conceptual hard
rock that shows all other bands how to present and deliver a rock album
– rightly being held in high esteem by outlets such as Planet Rock
Radio and Classic Rock Magazine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xWDaUR0sIyA
Another of the local brotherhood of bands to take to the main stage in January will be Hell’s Addiction.
10 years into their career, they describe themselves as “the bastard
child of an illicit three-way between Skid Row, early Guns N’Roses and
AC/DC” – which any fan will tell you is hard to argue with. However,
the band are much more than that – live they exude confidence
professionalism and talent – but it’s on their latest recordings that
their upward trajectory will be accelerated into orbit. Latest EP V1.0
is simply mind-blowing, and we can’t wait to hear what the lads have in
store for 2021! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hn2O1a3ejNY
Cambridgeshire based Hollowstar
are the relative newcomers here, only being 5 years and one album into
their short but explosive career. Their self-titled debut long-player
from 2019 caught the imagination and ears of the NWOCR community and has
set the band up to hit heights that might even surpass the bigger names
of the scene. Fronted by the effervescent Joe Bonson, the guys take to
the main stage on Sunday at the O2 Academy in Leicester for one of
their biggest appearances yet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lhTl-3c-8I8
Headlining the second stage each day are Ethyrfield and Trident Waters, and we are extremely proud to be able to bring you The City Kids – a modern take on punk ‘n’ roll from members of The Main Grains, Warrior Soul, Falling Red and Tigertailz.
Also appearing at HRH NWOCR are Matt
Mitchell and The Coldhearts, Empyre, Gorilla Riot, Molly Karloff,
DeVience, Liberty Lies, Dig Lazarus, Blind River, Twister, Thirteen
Stars, Old Glory and The Black Riviera, Weston Rd, Cloverhill and last but not least Fires of Freya.
Early
bird tickets are on sale at the unbelievable rate of only 25 GBP per
person with no booking fee for the whole weekend where we will see 30
bands giving it their all. 2-day hotel packages are also available at
killer rates for both Classic packages and Royalty if you fancy the
extras of an upstairs seated balcony, private bar, security and toilets
as well as access into the private HRH NWOCR Unplugged sessions.

VARATHRON - Son Of The Moon (Official Music Video) [Live in Sao Paulo, Brazil 2019]
|
|
Recorded in its entirety on August 4th, 2019 in São Paulo (Brazil) during the final show of VARATHRON's "30 Years Of Darkness Tour",
the historic setlist boasts some of the band's finest compositions,
from 1988 and beyond, most notably including the entirety of classic "His Majesty At The Swamp" from 1993, to most recent songs, taken from the acclaimed "Patriarchs Of Evil" album, which made it to an awful lot of year-end lists in 2018.
VARATHRON had this to say about its first live album since its 1988 inception: "During
these weird and uncertain days we wish to all our friends, brothers and
sisters health and better days to come. In recent years we had the
chance to meet wonderful people! We are happy to share with you some
important news specially dedicated to you, our supporters and friends:
we present to you our new - first time ever - live album! 'Glorification
Under The Latin Moon' was recorded in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the last show
of our 2019 adventure in South America. The album includes a historic
setlist with songs since 1988, our latest opus 'Patriarchs Of Evil' and
'His Majesty At The Swamp' in its entirety. The show was organized by
our tour manager and friend Robson Calura and Storm Productions. Lots of
thanks to every photographer, engineer and organizer who helped us
create something truly special! ".

The artwork that graces the cover was created by Juanjo Castellano. Achilleas Kalantzis mixed and mastered the album at Suncord Audiolab.
Co-founded in 1988 by Stefan Necroabyssious, the band's vocalist and sole original member, VARATHRON has been on a steady release schedule since 2004's "Crowsreign". The latter introduced Haris (drums) and Achilleas C. (guitars) to the band, who were later joined by Sotiris (guitars) and Stratos
(bass). Together, they established a new, well-bonded line-up of an
already established Hellenic black metal act, considered to be the
genre's forefathers, alongside Rotting Christ and Necromantia.

About:
Originally
starting out as a Motorhead tribute band, Vancouver, BC’s SAINTS of
DEATH is a four-piece that has taken the reins to write original
material with a double bassist attack and set themselves apart from the
pack with their uniquely heavy sound of thrash, doom and hardcore metal. Inspired
by the Mexican folklore of Santa Muerte (Spanish for Holy Death),
SAINTS of DEATH is fronted by vocalist and eight-string bassist Twan
Holliday, a giant standing nearly 7’ foot tall who can also be
recognized for his acting credits in some well-known Hollywood movies
and pro wrestling (credits below). Holliday is joined by four string
bassist Juan Helluva, guitarist Ashley Blue and Christopher James on
drums to complete this ferocious line-up. Taking
their experiences from past bands (Snaggletooth, Strapping Young Lad,
Farewell to Freeway, Tides of Honor & more), these veterans of the
Vancouver debuted their self-titled EP in 2015 and hit the road on a
series of follow up tours! Getting great reviews with both online
sources as well as physical press, the band quickly climbed to the top
of the Western Canadian metal scene. Soon
after making a name for themselves in their home country, SAINTS of
DEATH embarked on its first international tour of Mexico during November
2018 and has since returned two more times to play multiple festivals
with acts such as Dee Snider (Twisted Sister), ELO, Dave Evans (Ex –
ACDC), Neil Turbin (Ex – Anthrax) and many more successful acts. After
a short hiatus and a replenished new line up, SAINTS of DEATH recorded
their first full-length album (2nd release) entitled “Ascend To The
Throne” set for release on July 10th, 2020 via HeadRattle Productions. The band adds: “This
album has been a long time coming, and we cannot wait to get it into
the ears of our fans. After dealing with line up issues for a few years
solid, we finally have a solid line up and are back to kicking ass. The
current line up has been together since 2018 and we have really gelled
as friends and as band members. Naturally, with this kind of chemistry
going on, it was finally time to record a new album. Like
the first EP, there is diversity between each song, allowing each of
them to stand out as hard-hitting singles. There is also the consistency
that allows the songs to come together as a great album. We talk about
important topics such as the trials of society, corruption and corporate
greed, mental health as well as a few other topics on this album. We
put a lot of hard work and passion crafting this album and making it
what it is and we cannot wait to show the world!” As
soon as the COVID pandemic resolves and concert life can return to
normal, expect SAINTS of DEATH to set the bar high with a live behemoth
of ampage, theatrics backed by a custom light show, and pushing forward
to take on the biggest stages and crowds to win over fans who enjoy
headbanging to such bands as Motorhead, Lamb of God, Pantera,
DevilDriver. Fun
Fact: Besides being a musician vocalist/bassist Twan Holliday has
acting credits for movies American Mary (2012), The Devils Ground (2009)
w/ Darryl Hanna, Stan Helsing (2009) (Leslie Neielson’s last movie),
Catwoman (2004) w/ Halle Barry, Psych (TV Show) plus has done stunts on
Super Natural (TV Show) and Pathfinder (2007). Twan was also a
pro-hard-core wrestler of 10 years and was on TV every Saturday at 1 pm
on KVOS TV12 (Bellingham, WA) plus was asked to train for WWE. STRIKER Win 2020 JUNO Award For Metal / Hard Music Album of The Year
Champions in blending classic heavy metal, hard rock, and 80’s hair metal, Canadian shredders STRIKER's sixth studio album "Play To Win", released via their independent label Record Breaking Records, has won the 2020 JUNO AWARD for Metal / Hard Music Album of The Year. As the most prestigious music award an artist can be given in the country, the 49th JUNO Awards were
originally scheduled to be held at the SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon,
Saskatchewan on March 15th, 2020, but due to the COVID pandemic was
forced to reschedule as a live stream on June 29th. This was Striker's second JUNO Award nomination and first win.
"We
are very grateful for the Juno win this year, especially as an
independent band. The Juno is the culmination of all the support from
the Canadian music industry we've had, from FACTOR, Alberta Foundation
for the Arts, Canada Council for the Arts, and many others, and helps us
feel validated as artists. There was a strong lineup of talent at the
awards this year, and just to be nominated among them was an honour. We
hope everyone stays safe out there and we look forward to returning to
live music!"
Striker's album "Play To Win" was
nominated alongside Kobra and The Lotus - Evolution, Lindsay
Schoolcraft - Martyr, Single Mothers - Through A Wall and The Agonist -
Orphans.
Full details on JUNO Award winners and nominees can be found here.
Featuring 10 fist-pounding shredtacular anthems, Striker's "Play To Win" was produced by the band plus mixed and mastered by Hendrik Udd (Firewind, Powerwolf, Hammerfall, Delain). The band supported the release last year with tours across North America with DEATH ANGEL, ANVIL, STEEL PANTHER, HOLY GRAIL, and BEWITCHER along with performing on 70,000 Tons of Metal. "Play To Win" followed
their 2017 self-titled full length that the band supported with tours
across Europe and North America with Sonata Arctica, Dark Tranquility,
and Warbringer along with festival appearances at Bang Your Head
Festival (Germany) and more to add to their almost 1000 shows performed
in their decade-plus career.
Guitarist Tim Brown comments on "Play To Win":
"Play
to Win: if you want to win you have to play the game. Find the rules
and break them. This is our 6th album and 3rd independent release. If we
followed the rules and listened to the industry people we'd have gone
absolutely nowhere. Play To Win is about listening to yourself,
following your own path, and playing that 5th ace hidden in your sleeve.
This album is designed to light a fire under your ass and get you
moving, and we made sure to get the most modern, ear melting sounds
possible. It's all about where metal is going, not where it has been,
and this is our soundtrack to success."
